Bizimply offers free staff scheduling masterclass at hospitality trade shows

Workforce management specialist Bizimply is offering visitors to two hospitality trade shows in October a free ‘How to Smart Schedule’ masterclass. The offer comes as hospitality operators warn that an upcoming increase in visa fees for overseas workers will make recruitment even more of a challenge, meaning retention of existing staff is essential.

The 15-minute class is being offered free to visitors to The Restaurant Show on 2-4 October and Hospitality Technology Expo on 10-11 October. The session will show operators how to create a smarter staff schedule, saving their GMs valuable time and freeing them up to focus on their teams and customers. It’s an opportunity for anyone with responsibility for staff rostering to learn how to create an optimum rota.

The masterclass will also highlight some of the other tools on Bizimply’s system, such as the ‘Unavailability’ feature, which allows team members to schedule their holidays or other commitments, to make rota setting easier.  Seamless integration with payroll means that staff wages are paid quickly and accurately.
